We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the yarn its self is damaged, because of the nature of hand dyed yarn, some variety in batches is to be expected. We do not measure color runs, but we try and maintain a certain level of reliability between bases, and weights.
In the case that the yarn its self is damaged you have 7 days from the day your item is received to contact us and let us know there is an issue with the structural integrity of the yarn its self – in that case we are happy to exchange the yarn for the same base. We do ask that you send pictures of the damaged portion of the yarn, and that you return it to us so we can return it to our undyed yarn supplier for a replacement.
If Your Order Is Lost By The Postal Service
Unfortunately – this happens. We do our best to try and locate packages and thankfully it hasn’t been a major issue. Usually giving the Postal Service an extra week tends to help and it turns up. However, if you are concerned that your package may be lost, please choose priority mail and insure it, it is the only way to guarantee I can send out a replacement, especially on large orders. We are not a large company and we cannot replace orders that are not insured.
